Your account and team

Your store's settings

Your store's name, logo and announcement bar, the business details the law requires, and the switches that open and close your store.

In the consoleAccount → Settings

Settings holds the facts about your store. Changes here apply to your live store as soon as you save.

The Settings page: store open and cash on delivery switches, delivery zones, basket reminders, store details and branding.

Store open, and cash

  • Store open — on, customers can browse and order. Off, they can still browse, with an "Opening soon" banner, but can't add to their basket or check out.
  • Cash on delivery — let customers pay in cash on delivery or collection. Turn it off to take card payments only.

Delivery

Your delivery zones and fees, and an optional free-delivery threshold: orders at or above that subtotal get free delivery. Food businesses set delivery under Service instead.

Store details

Your store's name, shown on your storefront and receipts, and your VAT settings.

Business details

UK law requires an online store to show who is behind it. Enter your legal name — your company's registered name, or your own name if you're a sole trader — a postal address and an email. A limited company or LLP adds its Companies House number. They appear in your store's footer, its Contact page and its policies, and your store can't open without them.

Your home page and footer

A tagline, links to your social profiles, and the title and description search engines show for your home page.

Branding

Your logo, shown in your store's header, and the announcement bar — a short message above the header, such as free delivery over a certain amount. Leave it empty to hide it. Colours, fonts and layout are in Design.

  • Tracking — your Google Analytics and Meta Pixel IDs.
