How much does it cost to start?
There are two ways to start, and neither needs a card. Flex has no monthly fee: your store goes live straight away and you pay a small fee on each card sale — 2% for shops, 2.5% for food and drink. Or choose a fixed monthly plan and try it free for 14 days first. The pricing section has the current UK plans.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Add your products or menu, set your prices, customise your branding and share your store link. No developer is required to get started.
Does it work for restaurants and cafés?
Yes. Food plans support menus, modifiers, delivery, collection and time slots. Higher plans add a kitchen display, QR table ordering, loyalty and gift cards. Compare plans to choose the tools you need.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. Choose your colours and fonts, upload your logo and customise your storefront. Start with a free comrc.app address and connect a custom domain when you're ready.
Can my business have its own app?
Not as a separate download yet. Your store is built mobile-first, so customers can browse, order and pay from any phone under your own name and domain. Branded iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap.
Can I cancel whenever I need?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The terms and refund policy have the full details.
