How much does it cost to start?
There are two ways to start, and neither needs a card. Flex has no monthly fee: your store goes live straight away and you pay a small fee on each card sale — 2% for shops, 2.5% for food and drink. Or choose a fixed monthly plan and try it free for 14 days first. The pricing section has the current UK plans.
What payment methods can I accept?
Cash on delivery works out of the box. You can also accept secure card payments when you're ready — card details are handled by the payment gateway and never stored on your store.
Can I cancel whenever I need?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The terms and refund policy have the full details.
